Abstract
OBJECTIVE: The goal of this study was to investigate whether the use of EmbryoGlue® had any effect on the Clinical Pregnancy Rate (CPR) in Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) cycles of cleavage stage embryos. EmbryoGlue® contains hyaluronan and product literature states that it contains nutrients that are required to support the embryo from transfer to implantation and the biomechanical interactions during implantation. We designed this study to test if the use of EmbryoGlue® in FET cycles increased Clinical Pregnancy Rates as compared with embryos transferred in conventional culture media, Multiblast (Irvine Scientific).
