Abstract
Abstract Ellagic acid suppresses the cutaneous reactivity of guinea pigs with active delayed hypersensitivity. The intensity of Arthus reactions is reduced, and both heterologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis reactions and the vascular component of delayed hypersensitivity lesions are significantly depressed.
