Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing e-learning, teacher competence in teaching and giving rewards to learning motivation. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population is all people with a total of 200 respondents. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Data analysis used SPSS version 22 and Amos version 23. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant influence between e-learning variables on learning motivation. This result can be known because the E-learning variable has a ratio value (CR) of 2.557> 1.96 and P value of 0.001 <0.05 This means that there is a significant influence between the teacher competency variable with the variable of learning motivation. Whereas Teacher Competence and Rewarding have a negative influence because the data is not significant and some students assume that not all teacher competencies and rewards can increase learning motivation.
