Abstract
Education becomes an important thing in life. Education has a big influence to advance a country. Therefore, the absence of education will also not develop a country. To increase the desire to learn in students, research is needed. In the current digital era, the world of education also participates in the use of technology, such as E-Learning (Electronic Learning). By utilizing technology, the learning process becomes current and far more flexible. To find out the motivation to learn in a student it is necessary to know what learning styles and directions of learning interest in students. This study aims to: 1) Determine the effect of E-Learning on learning motivation; 2) determine the effect of learning styles on learning motivation; 3) determine the effect of learning interest on learning motivation; and 4) determine the effect of E-Learning, learning styles, and learning interest on learning motivation. To answer the theory in this study using the SEM and PLS methods, namely SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software version 26. The sampling technique in this study used a questionnaire with a sample of 200 respondents. It can be concluded that: (1) There is no influence of E-Learning on learning motivation; (2) there is no influence of learning styles on learning motivation; (3) there is an influence of learning interest on learning motivation; (4) there is an influence of E-Learning on learning styles; (5) there is an influence of E-Learning on learning interest.
