Abstract

This research aims to see how the situational game-like drill training program influences pickleball shots. Pickleball is an increasingly popular sport with a need for evolving techniques and strategies. A structured and effective practice program is critical to improving pickleball players' skills. One interesting approach is the drill-like game situation training program, which aims to simulate game situations similar to real matches. This study aimed to explore the effects of such a training program on hitting in pickleball. This research provides an essential contribution to understanding the effectiveness of the drill-like game situation training program in improving hitting skills in pickleball. These findings imply that pickleball coaches and players may consider integrating such training programs into their training plans to achieve better match results.
