Abstract
The distortion of atomic planes due to the presence of dislocations modifies the motion of particles in planar channels. An analytical model of planar channeling in such crystals using the harmonic oscillator approximation is presented. The model is applied to the calculation of the dechanneling probability of initially well-channeled particles. [Russian Text Ignored].
