Abstract
In this study, The effect of different doses of nitrogen (N) application on the antioxidant activity and phenolic material ingredient of sorrel ( Rumex acetosa L .) are investigated. In the test, four various doses of nitrogen NH 4 NO 3 fertilizer have been applied to the plants. As a result, it has been determined that the antioxidant activity and phenolic compounds of Sorrel ( Rumex acetosa L .) have parallels with the increase in the application of nitrogen.
