Abstract

The current research aims to identify the effect of using physical skill exercises on endurance performance and some functional variables in the research sample. To achieve this goal, the researcher adopted the experimental method. The research community is represented by players from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences/University of Diyala in basketball, numbering (20) players. By a random method, they were divided into two groups, control and experimental. Then the researcher identified the research variables, which were performance tolerance and some job variables. The researcher prepared a training curriculum using skill-based physical exercises. After obtaining the results, the researcher adopted the statistical program (SPSS) and the program (EXLL). The researcher found that the proposed training curriculum with skill and physical exercises had a positive impact on the development of the level of performance endurance and the studied job variables, and this is what the results showed, as the experimental research sample agreed with the control research sample in all variables.
