Abstract

The Humility Scale, the Self-Efficacy Scale, the Machiavellianism Scale, and the Prosocial Behavior Scale were utilized in this studys questionnaire survey of 470 college students to examine the relationship between college advisers humility and students prosocial behavior. The findings revealed that the association between students prosocial behavior and college advisors modesty was mitigated by Machiavellianism. The findings are conducive to expanding the research on the relationship between college advisor personality and student behavior and providing practical guidance for enhancing prosocial behavior among college students.
