Abstract

Objective To assess the effect of cold compress collagen dressing in skin regeneration after Q-switch Nd: YAG laser in the treatment of naevus fuscocaenleus zygomaticus (NFZ). Methods 126 patients with NFZ were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table, 63 cases in each group. Cold compress collagen dressing was used after surgery in observation group, and ice compress was used in control group. Skin repair situation and subjective pain degree were observed in 1 week after surgery. Results Skin repair speed and subjective pain degree in observation group were both better than those in control group, with statistically significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). There were no adverse reactions such as allergy in observation group. Conclusion After Q-switch Nd: YAG laser in the treatment of NFZ, cold compress collagen dressing can effectively improve skin regeneration and pain degree of patients.
