Abstract

Despite guideline recommendations advocating conservative management before invasive treatment in intermittent claudication, early revascularization remains widespread, especially in patients with favorable anatomy. The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of supervised exercise therapy in patients with intermittent claudication according to the location of stenosis (aortoiliac, femoropopliteal, or multilevel disease).
