Abstract

The purpose of this study is to recognize that weight training of amateur golfers is an important factor to improve driver shots and to provide correct golf activities. In the screen golf driving range, 12 male amateur golfers with an average of 80-90 horses and drivers within 200m of the drivers distance were subjected to weight training three times a week and 24 times for 8 weeks. The SPSS win18.0 program was used for statistical analysis of the collected data, and statistical techniques were used for frequency analysis. One-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were used to calculate mean (M) and standard deviation (SD), and t-test and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results obtained are as follows. First, weight training and driver shots of general characteristics showed a great difference. Second, the weight training showed a large difference in the distance of the drivers shot. Third, the weight training showed a high influence on the driving distance of the drivers shot.
