Abstract

The article discusses the issue of the formation of alcohol vapor in haylage packaged in agrostretch film. The haylage includes ryegrass and alfalfa, which makes it possible to provide the entire livestock complex with a high-quality feed mixture. It was established that at the time of harvesting and packaging of haylage, the percentage of alcohol settled at 2.6%. The observation period for changes in the percentage of alcohol inside a soft container made of agrostretch film was 11 days. As a result of research, it was found that the percentage of alcohol decreases sharply and already on the tenth day becomes zero. At the same time, the percentage of carbon dioxide in the packaged haylage increases, which prevents the development of pathogenic microflora and the formation of fungi.
