Abstract
The dependence of the dielectric relaxation parameters of poly-p-xylylene-titania nanocomposites on relative air humidity is studied. A model of the existence of three different mechanisms of dielectric response in the studied systems is proposed. It is shown that the synthesized nanocomposites can be used for preparation of humidity sensors.
