Abstract

Although highly porous structure endows MOFs distinctive properties in luminescent sensing, consider each single MOF particle is consisted with a large number of luminescent unit cells, the AIE and ACQ effect would play significant role which is worth studying. In this work we employed some conventional luminescent MOFs (MIL-53(Al), MIL-101(Fe), UiO-66(Zr) and ZIF-8), aimed to indicate how does the structure property impact the detective result. The AIE or ACQ effect was triggered by fine adjusting the particle size or chromophore of MOFs, afterwards, their detective performances were evaluated to reveal the real effect of AIE and ACQ.
