Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect and nursing methods of micro pump airway continuous infusion of asarone injection in the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP).Methods A total of 66 patients with mechanical ventilation were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was used the traditional humidification fluid,the observation group was treated with micro pump continuous airway infusion of asarone injection; two groups were compared with airway humidification effect and the effects of mechanical ventilation.Results The irritating the phlegm scab formation,the number of times of sputum suction,heart rate,respiratory rate,C reactive protein,white blood cell count,neutrophil,body temperature,sputum culture in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).And the incidence of VAP,partial pressure of oxygen,oxygen saturation,duration of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Micro pump airway continuous infusion of asarone injection can effectively prevent the occurrence of VAP; Strengthen comprehensive nursing during the step of can improve the therapeutic effect.
