Abstract

The aim of the research is to prepare an educational program supported by the training (integrated - massed), as well as to identify the impact of the educational program supported by the training (integrated - massed) in learning the skill of controlling and controlling the ball with the football game, in addition to identifying the differences in the post-tests for the impact of the educational program supported by training (Integrated - massed) in learning the skill of controlling and controlling the ball in a soccer game.
The researcher assumed that the educational program supported by the (integrated- massed) exercise has an effect on learning the skill of (controlling the ball) in a football game, and that there are significant differences in the dimensional tests of the effect of the educational program supported by the (integrated- massed) exercise in learning the skill of (controlling the ball) with a game football.
The researcher used the experimental approach to its relevance to the nature of the research and its problem, and experimental design in the style of equal groups with pre and post testing, as the research sample was divided into two experimental and control groups.
And the research community determined the students of the Physical Education Department - University Pen College for the academic year (2019 - 2020) morning study only, and the number (190) students, As for the research sample, it was chosen randomly by drawing lots, and it was represented by the first stage students (78) students, the results of (3) students were excluded due to non-compliance and excluding (5) students as a sample for exploratory experiments, as the research sample became (70) students divided into two groups An experimental group and a control group, at the rate of (35) students per group, thus representing (36.84%) of the total community.
The researcher used the statistical package (SPSS) in data processing and reached several conclusions, including the superiority over the skillful performance of the skill of control and soccer ball control when compared to the post-test. In light of this, the researcher has recommended a number of recommendations, including emphasizing the use of the educational program supported by the exercise (integrated- massed) in learning the skill of (controlling the ball) with the football game in the departments and colleges of physical education and sports science.
