Abstract

The woman is considered the first nucleus of the family and the main pillar of its construction and cohesion. Whatever is said about her, we cannot fulfill her right due to the multiplicity and intertwining of her roles. Therefore, we decided to single her out for study in an important aspect, which is the aspect of teaching in higher education institutions. The subject of educational performance is one of the topics that has occupied the interest of many researchers and specialists in educational sciences because it is linked to the success of the educational process at all stages and levels, might the most important of which is the stage of higher or university teaching . Talking about educational performance prompts us to talk about the university professor, specifically the female component of it , and her role in helping students to gain learning experiences that they employ when needed, whether in their academic or practical lives, and this can only be achieved by choosing the most effective and appropriate methods to communicate with them , this has a positive aspect achieving psychological and social compatibility with her . The role of the female university professor in higher teaching institutions is no less important than the role of her sisters in other institutions, but rather exceeds it, because it is linked to the formation of generations in terms of knowledge, emotional and behavioral that qualify them to practice their professional lives away from pressure and confusion, and this requires them to have high pedagogical, academic and professional competencies. The importance of this study lies in the fact that it pertains to the category of higher teaching professors, and more precisely the female element, which is rarely taken into a special study in the framework of research and scientific studies, despite the great efforts that you make within university institutions and the reconciliation between their roles within the university and their family circumstances. The importance of this study also lies in considering its results as a message to the concerned authorities to pay more attention to the category of female university professors and improve their professional conditions in order to reach a better return. The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between the educational performance of the female university professor and achieving psychological and social compatibility with her students, in addition to detecting the differences among the female university professors in the educational performance according to the variable of teaching experience and scientific qualification . Based on the foregoing, the following questions were raised: -Is there a correlation between the educational performance of the female university professor and achieving psychological and social compatibility with her? . Are there differences in the educational performance of female university professors according to the teaching experience variable? - Are there differences in the educational performance of female university professors according to the scientific qualification variable? - Are there differences in the educational performance of female university professors according to the variable of age?
