Abstract
This study aims to determine the problems of education and learning in SMA Negeri 12 Kerinci and SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci. The research used is qualitative research with library research methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is done by collecting articles, analyzing, and drawing a conclusion. The results of the study concluded that SMA Negeri 12 Kerinci experienced educational and learning problems, namely the lack of science laboratory facilities and infrastructure, the lack of computers for the Computer-Based National Examination (UNBK), and the lack of student activity in the teaching and learning process. SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci is experiencing educational and learning problems, namely the lack of management of school facilities and infrastructure and the lack of learning media in the teaching and learning process.

Summary
On the industry 5.0 revolution era, Indonesian country society experiences a quite advanced development at education or learning field. The advance at education or learning field is an important role to increase human resources (Sumber Daya Manusia – SDM) at Indonesia (Naldi, 2019). Human Development Index (Index Perkembangan Manusia – IPM) of Indonesian society increases from 71,39 on the 2018 to 71,92 on the 2019 (Badan Pusat Statistik, 2019). The enhancement is one of the successes on fixing education field. Education is one of the really important social activity to advance, increase and prepare a nation resource development in the present and in the future (Hasan, 2012; Sugiarto, 2017; Okra, 2019). The education is really needed in the development of society knowledge (Rahmawati, 2014)
