Abstract
The edge effects in a laminated composite with a regular structure are considered. The equations of the linear theory of elasticity of piecewise-homogeneous media are used as a mathematical and mechanical model. An approximate solution is obtained on the basis of the mesh approach. An example of solving a specific problem is given and the results are analyzed
