Abstract

In Europe and around the globe, geomedical resources have contributed enormously to natoinal GDPs. Anual reciepts for bottled mineral water sometimes rises in excess of $10billion for many countries exporting same. Beside mineral waters, are peloids, medicinal rocks, clays, minerals and waters whose exploration, exploitation, processing, marketing, and applications have serious economic outcomes. This paper looks at the different economic outlooks associated with geomedical resources, as raw earth materials to finished, processed products for use in the cosmetic and health industry.
