Abstract

The trade war between the United States and the European Union has been ongoing for several years, and its impacts on both economies have been extensively studied. This research article aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the effects of the trade war on the US and EU economic relations. It utilizes various data sources, including trade statistics, macroeconomic indicators, and academic literature, to evaluate the changes in trade, investment, and economic growth. The analysis finds that the trade war has led to a significant reduction in bilateral trade and investment flows, as well as dampening the economic growth of both the US and EU. The research article concludes with policy recommendations to mitigate the negative impacts of the trade war and improve US-EU economic relations.
