Abstract

This commentary on the recent ECJ judgment in the Apostolides v. Orams case discusses the problems associated with the application of EC law in Cyprus. It is submitted that while the ECJ and AG Kokott managed to keep the Pandora box firmly closed, the real issues behind this judgment were not adequately addressed.
