Abstract

Several spin chains with 4 and 6 qubits are considered under the effect of Hamiltonian XY model and Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) interaction. In this paper, the time evolution of entanglement and quantum discord (quantum correlations) are studied. It is shown that quantum discord is more stable than entanglement. Also the effect of DM interaction depends on initial state and it may improve quantum correlations in spin chains with more than 3 qubits.
