Abstract

Background: Spondylolysis is a fatigue fracture caused by the repetitive motion of trunk extension and rotation, and it's a common adolescent sports injury. There are some reports about the biomechanical analysis of spondylolysis, but there are few reports about the dynamic characteristics of patients with spondylolysis. Therefore, it's important to investigate the dynamic characteristics of patients with spondylolysis by analyzing the forward lunge (FL) frequently used in physical therapy, and this study will help to prevent the onset of spondylolysis.
