Abstract
Abstract This study presents the fluoroscopic image of hilar cholangiocarcinoma (Klatskin tumor) in a young adult male with accelerated hypertension. The image captures the characteristic biliary obstruction at the hepatic hilum, underscoring the diagnostic value of fluoroscopy in identifying biliary tract malignancies. It aims to highlight the importance of timely imaging for management decisions in such cases.
