Abstract

Abstract The Public Inquiry into the application for planning permission for the construction of the European Demonstration Fast Reactor Fuel Reprocessing Plant (EDRP) at Dounreay, Caithness, is reviewed. The roles of the different participants in the inquiry are examined, and some conclusions are drawn on both specific and general issues relating to the Inquiry.
