Abstract
Based on the work-home resource model perspective, a dual-path mediation model is constructed, and hypothesis testing is performed through data analysis. Studies have shown that high job performance can directly promote employees' self-efficacy through the resource gain pathway, thereby directly promoting their work-family gain, and can strengthen employees' self-depletion through the resource depletion pathway, thereby indirectly exacerbating their work-family conflict. The theoretical value of the research is that it opens up a new perspective for the research of high-performance employees in the organization and verifies the scientificity of the work-family resource model. In addition, it also provides practical inspiration for the management of high-performance employees in enterprises.
