Abstract

New types of ore-bearing (ilmenite, apatite) olivine gabbro and rocks of intermediate composition between the latter and ore ilmenite norites and alkaline syenite with rybekite are found in Penyzevychy career. The feature of Penyzevychy gabbroids is a low iron oxidation (absence of primary magnetite) that indicatins on their formation at a deeper level than the most deposits and occurrences of apatite-ilmenite-titanomagnetite in the northern, central and north-western part of Korosten pluton. Obviously, this is due to the similarity of Penyzevychy occurrence and Nosachiv deposit, located in the significantly eroded block of the Korsun-Novomyrgorod pluton.
