Abstract

French philosopher Guy Debord said in his work The Society of the Spectacle that "the spectacle of the society is not the collection of the pictures but the social relationship among people manipulated by the pictures." People give much approval to the pictures in modern society which focus on visual transmission. Especially the documentary photography, people don’t just treat the resolution of images as sending visual information because they believe the intuitive property of "seeing is believing", subtly, images have been the carrier of more and deeper content.[1].
