Abstract
It can be a challenge for fertility specialists when good prognosis patients fail treatment for unexplained reasons. Conversely, poor prognosis patients often beat the odds and achieve live birth (LB). The aim of our study was to uncover subclinical, genetic factors that may help better stratify patients ahead of treatment decisions.
