Abstract
ABSTRACT The metaverse and real life are not in opposition. From the long-term perspective of technology development, nearly all forms of life are shaped by technology. The metaverse, temporarily in juxtaposition with life, is a new form created by hyper-speed technology and will become part of life with the development of technology. The metaverse and real life, the opposition of which results from the dualistic thinking mode, could be viewed holistically. It is necessary to dissolve the “disparity” so as to achieve the consistency of theory and reality.
