Abstract
The city metro construction has been a new hotspot between many cities of each country, and its construction is a most complex system project. The paper analyses many questions consisting in the construction management of metro project deeply based on discussing the traits of metro project, and brings forward a new pattern of integration management PLMT mode based on the visual angle of function, which aims at over process disseverment of the construction project! reducing the mutual dissension and conflict of every project actor, and makes the employer have abundant decision-making control right, as well as not to be immersed in idiographic project management, also expatiates the organizing form of actualization and system mode based on IIP¯ PLMT, which aims at enhance the management level of metro construction.
