Abstract

This paper deals with a new type of matrices. The structure of this class of matrices is similar to circulant matrix, we call it H-circulant matrix. Furthermore, the sum, the difference, the product, the inverse and the adjoint matrix of these matrices are also H-circulant matrixes. We not only give six discriminance for H-circulant matrices but also discuss the diagonalization and nonsingularity of these matrices. Finally, author gives a numerical example.
