Abstract
To get complete laparoscopic myomectomy on reducing blood loss and conserving endometrial continuity. Design: Prospective analysis of 863 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy from 1, Jan, 2002 to 31, Oct, 2007. Setting: Eun's hospital in Gwang-ju, South Korea Patients: 863 women with large (5cm∼22cm, 71gm∼1000gm) or/and multiple (3∼32 numbers) myoma. Intervention: Peeling off and digging myometrium surrounding myoma with blunt-tip steel poles and then continuos suturing for 3∼4 layers with the 0 vicryal.
