Abstract

SUMMARY In-vitro killing of Moraxella nonliquefaciens by phagocytes in homologous serum systems of the guinea-pig was decreased in pyridoxine deficiency. The decreased rate of intracellular killing was correlated with a decrease in histochemically detectable myeloperoxidase.
