The majority of organisations now accept that their employees will bring personal IT into the workplace. Put another way, the consumerisation of IT is now just business as usual. For IT managers, compliance officers and board members, this creates a number of security issues – not just day-to-day, but on a long-term basis. It is vital to strike a balance between giving access and retaining control of company networks and data.
