Introduction

Theoretical Argument of the ArticleIn the introduction of their journal article. The researchers first operationalised workplace incivility as, “low-intensity, disrespectful or rude deviant workplace behaviour with ambiguous intent to harm the target and is in violation of workplace norms for mutual respect” [2]. According to these past research, women were more sensitive than men to the nuances of social behaviours. Women were more likely than men to notice and to experience workplace incivility. For example tended to have less power than men in the workplace.
