Abstract
This text contains a review on the book ”Games People Play in Russia” by V.V. Makarov and G.A. Makarova, in which the author describes her experience of reading, analyzing and putting into practice the conception of games, taking into account the specifics of the Russian mentality. The author covers such topics as the structure of the book, the features of the presentation of the material, also she shares her experience of how the book influenced her.
