Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this research is to study the allegories of “O pequeno principe”, published in 1943, written and illustrated by Antoine de Saint-Exupery, a former pilot of Second World War. Objective: The objective of this research is to analyze the metaphors present in the literary work of Antoine de Saint-Exupery, “O pequeno principe”, and to verify how the dialogical relations are manifested and construct meanings based on the theme presented by the characters and the critical reflection that each one brings to the present, in which the sensibility and individuality of people are being left behind and the true meaning of life is being lost. Theory : For this, the research will be supported by the concepts of Bakhtin and his Circle that affirm that the richness and diversity of discursive genres is immense, since the possibilities of human activity are infinite and because in each sphere of praxis there is a repertoire of different discursive genres and which grow as the sphere itself develops and complexes. Methodology: We will initially do the bibliographical research on the theory developed by the Circle of Bakhtin, with regard mainly to the dialogical formations, ideological voices and genera that constitute the corpus to be analyzed, which will be carried out by means of filings and applied to the analysis of texts. Preliminary results: The research is expected to contribute to a greater understanding of the dialogic processes and the heterogeneity of the discourses in the production of meanings and the formation of identity manifested in the object of analysis included in the corpus to be researched.
