Abstract
The diagnostic value of ventricular premature beats in myocardial has been studied by several authors. The specific morphology which permits the diagnosis of is generally considered to be QR pattern. The qR pattern, however, was included in this group of infarction ventricular premature contraciron by some authors In the presentstudy, theoccurrenceof QR and qR patterns in various leads of routine electrocardiograms was examined separately and their diagnostic significance was discussed.
