Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary sequestration. Methods The clinical datas of 16 cases of pulmonary sequestration were analyzed and relative literatures were reviewed. Results Eleven cases(68 75%) were intralobar type, 5 cases (31 25%) were extralobar type Seven cases (43 75%) were confirmed before operation, no postoperation death or complication happened.Conclusions Multi-slice spiral computed tomography angiography reconstruction imaging was one of the most advanced methods in diagnosing pulmonary sequestration before operation. Early and active surgery interference would obtain good effect. Key words: Pulmonary sequestration; Diagnosis; Treatment
