Abstract

As for the problems including complexity, high cost and complex mathematical derivation for present traditional magnetic flux measurement technologies, a hardware circuit design method of magnetic flux measurement device based on type-C transducer is presented. The measurement device mainly places an auxiliary core at the measured device, the auxiliary core shares a part of the magnetic circuit with the main magnetic circuit, coil inductance is gained by detecting micro current signal at the auxiliary core, which reflects operating state of main flux in real time. The device mainly consists of high-frequency drive power supply, type-C auxiliary core, signal acquisition module, signal processing module and so on. The measurement device is more reliable, simple and easily implemented compared with traditional measurement ways; it can realize on-line measurement for operating characteristics of electromagnetic equipment in real time. At the end of this paper, through the experiments verify the feasibility, and analyzed the purpose and significance of this experimental design, so this paper can offer reliable ways for the development direction of low-budget, high-precision and practical detection ways of electromagnetic equipment's performance parameters.
