Abstract
Abstract: key concepts about professional motivation are considered. An overview of theoretical and empirical methods of diagnosis and interventions to develop professional motivation has been made. The structural model of the process of formation and/or development of professional motivation in students of psychologists with the help of situational modeling is displayed.
