Abstract
The nutrition evaluation system applies database management and application development technology to research and develop nutrition evaluation according to the basic principle of food nutrition. The system comes to conclusion through the body's basic nutritional status evaluation, calculates various nutrients content which the human body requires for daily with each meal, calculates the amount of food according to the Chinese food composition table and gives reasonable meal plan daily with each meal corresponding to the self-built database of staple food and dishes. To adjust people's diet structure is important to reasonably improve the health of human body, meet people's dietary requirements and improve people's health through the nutrition evaluation system.
