Summary

Introduction

Applications for wireless communication systems vary greatly. Radar is one of the applications where the transmitter and receiver are in the same place. Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) is a wireless communication system that is used to view any objects located under the ground surface or behind the walls. GPR can "view" through the ground by sending electromagnetic signals to a certain object and gaining a reflection signal from the signal sent earlier and reconstructing that reflected signal. Reflected signals is reconstructed by processing the reflected signals to be an image. GPR design highly depends on the application used. GPR to "view" the inner surface is basically different from GPR to observe the shallow surface [1].1
