Abstract

The issues of the development of the healthcare sector in the digital economy, the provision of medical services in digital form, realizing the possibilities of information and communication technologies, including those related to the development of telemedicine, are considered. Telemedicine entails a significant increase in the number of facilities of technical equipment of medical institutions, which requires solving issues of organizational and legal security of high-tech equipment, computer equipment. The features of the legal regime of property belonging to a medical institution are considered. The analysis of the mechanism of redistribution of responsibility for the safety of such technical means, the specifics of the dismissal of materially responsible workers.
