Abstract

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been a growing field of technology for decades, and in recent years, self- driving technology has become a major focus of AI research. Self-driving cars are being developed by major companies like Tesla, Google, and Uber, and have the potential to revolutionize transportation as we know it. This paper examines the history and development of AI and self-driving technology, including the challenges that must be overcome to bring fully autonomous vehicles to the market. The advent of self-driving technology has revolutionized the way we think about transportation. Self-driving cars use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to sense their surroundings, analyze data, and make decisions without human intervention. This technology has the potential to reduce traffic accidents and increase mobility for people who cannot drive, such as the elderly and people with disabilities. AI has made significant strides in developing self-driving cars, but there are still many challenges to be overcome. Some of these challenges include ensuring safety, dealing with unexpected situations, and navigating complex road networks. Despite these challenges, self-driving technology is poised to play a significant role in the future of transportation, and AI will continue to play a crucial role in its development.
