The Development and Application of the Expert System Building Tool for Organizational Behavior

Abstract

With the brief introduction of the current applied situation and the applied problems of the traditional computer software in the field of organizational behavior, this paper puts forward the expert system to solve these problems which means to develop a building tool to construct the expert systems for organizational behavior. Assisted by the expert system building tool, the experts in the organizational field can develop the appropriate expert systems to solve the problems within their knowledge domain. This paper introduces the basic functions of the expert system building tool and the fundamental steps to construct it. In addition, it illustrates how to use this building tool to construct an expert system in the field of organizational behavior with a specific example.
