Abstract

The use of short-lived isotopes in the determination of trace amounts of impurities in Ga arsenide is described. Methods are presented for determining Si, Zn, and Mg. The effect of thermal neutron self-shielding in the determination of Si and Mg was investigated and is shown to be insignificant. (auth)
